Michael Ambrosino
President
Michael Ambrosino has over 35 years of experience in the construction and real estate industries. He has been involved with all types of projects from roofing, exterior restoration, lobby and hallways upgrades, complete office restorations to new buildings and full gut renovations. His tenure as Chief Operations Officer of a large general contracting firm in Manhattan with sales of $35-50 million, built his foundation of expertise in all aspects of the construction and real estate development fields.
In 1998, Michael turned his attention to the Long Island market and its idiosyncrasies. He began Ambrosino Consultant Corporation in 2002 and since that time he has projects totaling over 6 million square feet, ranging from 500 square feet to 250,000 square feet. Michael's knowledge and experience has made him the "Owner's Edge" in the Real Estate Market of Long Island.
To meet the growing needs of his clients, Michael, along with Sal Ferrara began a design-build firm, Combined Resources Consulting & Design, Inc. which provides clients with quality construction documentation, architectural design concepts and engineering services. In 2016, Michael then established ACC Real Estate Services, Inc. with the help of John Proscia. ACC Real Estate Services, Inc, is a full-service building management and leasing company specializing in commercial buildings in the tri-state area. Another addition to Michael’s business expansions was the creation of Excel Interior Finishes, which provides project fulfillment of all interior finishes, including hard surface flooring, ceramic tile, sheet vinyl, VWC, carpet, and paint.
Michael and Jeanine, his wife of over 30 years, have three children. Their son Steven is a graduate of Western New England College with a degree in business management, and he is currently a project manager for Ambrosino Consultant Corp. Their daughter Kristen is a graduate of the College of New Jersey with a degree in business management, and she is currently controller for ACC Real Estate Services. Their daughter Nicole is completing her senior year at Clemson University.
